However, tent campers can use loop C on a first-come, first-served basis.

The A loop with 34 hookup sites remains open throughout the year, even though the other camping loops are closed.

The wild beauty of the Valley of the Rogue State Park is beyond comparison. The location of the park near Oregon Caves National Monument, Crater Lake, and the town of Jacksonville makes it even more worthy of a visit. The campground is on the banks of the river.

Situated in a Myrtlewood forest with trees that are 200-year-old, the Alfred Loeb State Park is spectacular. The Chetco River, running through the park, is amazing for fishing.
